I learned to knit a moebius last week at our knitting group.  The cast on was not too bad – pretty fun.  You basically have this double loop cast on going to make the moebius be a moebius.  Trying to count the stitches after I cast on.  Not fun.  Trying to knit around the first time without losing stitches – not fun either.  I think I must have started over 10 times.  But I guess that's good, because I have a much better understanding of what I was doing – except I still don't quite understand how that twist got in there.  I feel quite proud to have accomplished it though.
